Our Therapeutic sessions have certain techniques and skills. These sessions cure physical problems like knee pain, slip disc, frozen shoulder, cervical, tennis elbow, etc. Therapeutic exercise is the systematic and planned performance of body movements or exercises which aim to improve and restore physical function.

Kids group class
