Mrs. Kajal Chaudhary holds the following degrees:

  • Masters in Yoga Sciences (Uttarakhand Sanskrit University)
  • Diploma in Diet & Nutrition
  • Certified Weight Loss Consultant
  • Certificate Program in Physiotherapy Various Medication Courses for stress free life

In the midst of her 15-year career, Kajal Chaudhary inspired numerous students to embrace yoga as a career, guiding them towards a transformative path in their lives.

Beyond yoga, her impact extends to empowering women through our NGO, offering a range of short-term courses for those seeking livelihood opportunities. The focus on women’s empowerment is set to expand with the introduction of additional courses, such as Yoga, Diet & Mithila Painting, providing diverse avenues for personal and professional growth.

Our BYC Fitness Academy is now transformed into BYC Fitness Foundation; i.e., it now functions as an NGO in order to uplift the society in its own ways. We believe and hope that you will continue to shower us with your support as you have been doing since the past twelve years and help us further our approach to a better tomorrow. Now the pertinent question of, how BYC intends to contribute to the society arises. Well we have brought in three new courses to help us accomplish our goals as an NGO. These courses will not only benefit you individually but would also help you make an earning from home and help you become SELF-dependent as well as healthy. We have introduced a Yoga Teacher training Course in which we will also provide you with a three month additional diet plan which will not only be a service to you and your family but also become a source of your income. Along with this, we also have a course for the practitioners of Yoga who have already learned or mastered the art of Yoga but are under confident and unable to set it up as a means of their earning. This would be a practice course to be taught by highly qualified teachers who have acquired a master’s degree or have cleared the NET examinations.

  • To provide and promote facilities for teaching and training in the field of yoga. To conduct various camps and workshops to promote yoga as a remedy for different health issues in the modern world.
  • To standardize the methods and curricular for yoga education and training and promote yoga at the national and international level by organizing conferences, seminars, lectures, workshops, awareness camps for nutrition and popularizing through media.
  • Promoting yoga through education and practice as a tool for physical, mental, spiritual, moral and intellectual harmony among the people of the world. To facilitate yoga teaching and training through yoga, meditation programs and practices in various parts of country for a peaceful life.
  • To counsel children, young, women’s and all needy, facilitate rehabilitate people with disabilities, mentally challenged and differently able children to give psychological therapy and yoga therapy. Bring awareness about benefits of healthy, hygienic lifestyle and nutrition in urban and rural part of India by means of yoga.
  • To promote commerce, art, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, protection of environment by means of yoga.
